Scholarship at Aberystwyth University

The Institute of Biological, Environmental and Rural Sciences (IBERS) is committing up to £500,000  for a  five year International Masters Scholarship Initiative.  The new scholarships form part of the IBERS vision to play a major role in addressing the global challenges of food, water and energy security through training of postgraduate students in the full range of disciplines relevant to the biological and rural sciences.  The 2011 scholarships will provide living cost support of  £3,000  while studying in IBERS at Aberystwyth University for a Masters degree.  There are up to 20 IBERS scholarships available for 2011-2012  : -  10  Food & Water Security  Masters Scholarships   and 10  Specialist Masters Scholarships (in Managing the Environment, Equine Science , Animal Sciences  and Livestock Science).
